Akademie 120:80 is a leadership coaching academy.
The two founders Kirstin & Roman live in Germany and Austria, respectively.
As they are not together often, it was important for them to show their personalities and energy when they are together.
We started the photoshoot in a live (internal) workshop setting. I was a fly on the wall documenting them at work. After the workshop we captured a series of dynamic images with diverse range of backgrounds. In total I delivered a photo library of over. 150 images. The photos have been used on their website, in presentations, for Linkedin post and much more.
In addition, I also captured a number of short video clips that could be used as B-Roll in the video course they will create in the future.
